TERMOSHUBA™ is a complex system for facade heat insulation.
More than 2 500 000 ì2 of facades are insulated with TERMOSHUBA system which makes more than 1100 of buildings and other facilities all over Belarus.
“TERMOSHUBA”® is a light multi-layer construction with a thin layer of plaster used for insulating exterior walls of residential and commercial buildings. “TERMOSHUBA” system manufactured by SARMAT company is the first technology for thermal modernization in the Republic of Belarus, recommended for mass use for construction purposes since 1996.
TERMOSHUBA® includes the following components:
“SARMATERM” heat-insulating layer (warmth-keeping jacket plate) made of mineral wool or polystyrene foam. This layer is glued to the prepared surface with “SARMALEP” adhesive mixes and fixed with dowels and anchors.
Reinforcing layer made of “SARMALEP” adhesive mixes with one or two construction wire mesh layers
Decorating and protective layer with “SARMALIT” plaster composition of the desired surface finish without coloring or with the subsequent coloring with façade paint.
The use of “TERMOSHUBA” light plaster system allows solving the problem of energy saving and raising the operating efficiency of both existing and new buildings.
TERMOSHUBA® is most effective when used for insulating “cold” exterior walls made of different materials (except for wooden walls or walls with sheet steel facing) with low heat conductivity resistance (less than 2.0m2˚Ñ/W)
TERMOSHUBA® shall be designed and installed in accordance with the requirements of project documentation, which is developed for thermal modernization and general overhaul of each building.
