The government of the Republic of Belarus passed Resolution ¹1820 “About additional measures aimed at efficient use of fuel and energy resources”. This resolution states that beginning from the 1st of January 2003 only pre-insulated pipes should be used for reconstruction, general overhaul and construction of new heat networks. |
