Preparing the foundation for “Sarmat” adhesives:
The foundation shall be firm, free of any dirt, dust, lime or oil. Glossy and smooth surfaces should be made rough. Significant unevenness must be leveled.

The guaranteed quality can only be reached when the application method is carefully observed.

“Sarmat” dry mixes pass quality control test at all stages of manufacturing, beginning with the initial control of each component and ending with the quality control of every batch.
Storage:
“Sarmat” dry construction mixes shall be stored in tightly-packed, safe sacks in dry room conditions. Storage period is not more than 6 months from the date of manufacturing (see the packing).

“Sarmat” adhesives |
|
|
“Sarmat” adhesives are used for wall- and- floor tiling with different kinds of ceramic tiles, ceramic granite and natural stone tile over concrete, brick and plastered foundations. “Sarmat” adhesives are elastic, efficient, frost resistant, environmentally friendly and have enhanced adhesive properties.

The properties of the ready-to-use mix:

“CONSTRUCTIVE” adhesive mix allows performing block work quickly and easily due to such qualities as elasticity, water-retention capacity and enhanced adhesive properties. The material is water- and frost-resistant. |

Preparation method:
The adhesive mix is gradually added to pure water and mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 10 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix preserves its qualities within 2-3 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Method of application
Spread the prepared mix onto the block surface with a toothed trowel. Recommended layer thickness is 2-10mm. The temperature of preparation and application shall be +5 °Ñ…+25 °Ñ.

The adhesive mix can be applied both indoors and outdoors due to its water- and frost-resistant properties. This adhesive mix has enhanced adhesiveness and reduced slipping property. The mix is easy-to-use. |

“Optimal” adhesive mix is gradually added to pure water and is mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 10 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix preserves its qualities within 2-3 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Method of application:
Spread the prepared mix to the tile surface with a toothed trowel. Recommended layer thickness is 2-10mm. Actual consumption of a mix depends on surface evenness and type of the facing work. The position of tiles can be corrected within 10 minutes after the work is completed. The floor surface can be partially used in 24 hours but full load is allowed only in 72 hours. Seam smoothing is recommended after 24 hours. The preparation and application temperature shall be: +5 °Ñ…+25 °Ñ.

Application field:
This adhesive is used for wall and floor facing with ceramic tiles, gres, ceramic granite and natural stone tile over concrete, brick and plastered foundations. We recommend using this adhesive in rooms with increased humidity; over heated floor and gypsum board. This is the best solution for rooms where temperature often varies and the surface is exposed to dynamic load. The adhesive can be also used for facing swimming-pools and other reservoirs containing water, as well as for gluing ceramic tiles on old facing.
