Подготовка основания для всех видов шпатлевок марки «Сармат»:
Основание должно быть ровным, прочным, стабильным, очищенным от грязи, пыли, старой краски, масел, а также от других загрязнений, способных снизить адгезию. Перед нанесением раствора основание необходимо увлажнить.

“Sarmat” dry mixes pass quality control test at all stages of manufacturing, beginning with the initial control of each component and ending with the quality control of every batch.
Storage:
“Sarmat” dry construction mixes shall be stored in tightly-packed, safe sacks in dry room conditions. Storage period is not more than 6 months from the date of manufacturing (see the packing).

“Sarmat” fillers |

“Sarmat” fillers are used for leveling and finishing layers of walls external surfaces and ceilings for further decorating. “Sarmat” fillers are durable, frost resistant, environmentally friendly and have high vapor permeability.

The properties of the ready-to-use mix:

“FORMAT” filler has enhanced frost resistant and adhesive properties. The filler contains additives which make it plastic and easy-to-use. |

Preparation method
The filler is gradually added to pure water and is mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 10 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix shall be used within 1.5 hours. Protect the filler from the sunlight, rain, wind and other adverse conditions during application and drying process.
Method of application:
Spread the filler evenly onto the wall using a metal float. If needed, finishing with the help of polishing sheet is done after drying. The temperature of preparation and application shall be +5 °С …+25 °С.

The filler is gradually added to pure water and mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 10 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix shall be used within 1.5 hours. Protect the filler from the sunlight, rain, wind and other adverse conditions during application and drying process.
Method of application:
Spread the filler evenly onto the wall using a metal float. Polish the filler with a wet float in 15-20 minutes after applying to get a smooth surface. Finishing with the help of polishing sheet is done after drying. The preparation and application temperature shall be +5 °С…+25 °С.
