Foundation preparation before using “Sarmat” plasters:
The foundation shall be even, durable and steady; free of any dirt, dust, lime and oils or other residues which may prevent adhesion. Use raw plaster for indoor or outdoor works to even the surface (“RENOVANT” or “FORMAT” correspondingly).

The guaranteed quality can only be reached when the application method is carefully observed.

“Sarmat” dry mixes pass quality control test at all stages of manufacturing, beginning with the initial control of each component and ending with the quality control of every batch.
Storage:
“Sarmat” dry construction mixes shall be stored in tightly-packed, safe sacks in dry room conditions. Storage period is not more than 6 months from the date of manufacturing (see the packing).

Preparation method:
The plaster is gradually added to pure water and mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 15 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix shall be used within 1-2 hours. The quantity of water depends on the desired consistency of the mortar, as well as on the temperature and humidity. Protect the filler from the sunlight, rain, wind and other adverse conditions during application and drying process.
Method of application:
Spread the plaster evenly onto a wall using a metal float. Allow the filler to dry for approximately 10-15 minutes and then polish the plaster with a plastic float until getting a desirable surface finish. The temperature of preparation and application is +5 °Ñ …+25 °Ñ.

The properties of the ready-to-use mix:

“RENOVAT” plaster has high initial durability, plasticity, frost resistance and advanced adhesive properties. It also has exceptionally high abrasion and load resistance properties. It is recommended for leveling surfaces with thickness from 5 to 50mm. |

Preparation method:
The leveling mix is gradually added to pure water and mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 15 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix shall be used within 30 minutes.
Method of application:
Pour out the leveling mix onto the foundation manually and spread it with a smooth metal float or apply it between the guides and a special slat and remove the mix surplus. Prevent the applied mix from the direct sunlight, drought, high temperatures and low humidity. The floor surface can be partially used in 24 hours but full load is allowed only in 72 hours. The temperature of preparation and application shall be +5 °Ñ …+25 °Ñ.
