Self-leveling dry mixes are used for high-quality leveling and correction of mineral foundations; it is the best solution for applying supportive layers and restoring of ties. “Sarmat” levelers are plastic, durable, efficient and environmentally friendly. They have advanced adhesive properties.
The following table defines the use of “Sarmat” dry construction mixes ( jpg | pdf )
“Sarmat” levelers:
A self-leveler for floors (from 5 till 50mm).
A finishing self-leveling mix for floors.
“ROVLANT”
A self-leveler for floors (from 5 till 50mm).
ÐÑÑ-32, cement floor mix, Ì 200, Ïê4, STB [National Standards System of the Republic of Belarus] 1307-2002. |
The properties of the ready-to-use mix:
The “ROVLANT” mix has high initial strength and enhanced adhesive properties. It is the best solution for the areas exposed to high compressive loads. It is plastic, frost resistant and has exceptionally high abrasion resistance. It is recommended for leveling surfaces with thickness from 5 to 50mm. |
Preparation method:
The leveling mix is gradually added to pure water and mixed thoroughly manually or mechanically until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 15 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix shall be used within 30 minutes.
Method of application:
Pour out the leveling mix onto the foundation manually and spread it with a smooth metal float or apply it between the guides and a special slat and remove the mix surplus. Prevent the applied mix from the direct sunlight, drought, high temperatures and low humidity. The floor surface can be partially used in 24 hours but full load is allowed only in 72 hours. The temperature of preparation and application shall be 5 °Ñ …+25 °Ñ.
Technical Specifications:
| Water consumption: |
5.5 – 6.0 liter of water per 25kg of the mix |
| Application temperature : |
+5°Ñ / +25°Ñ |
| Pot life |
30 minutes |
| Consumption of dry mix per 1mm of layer thickness |

“NIVELANT”
A finishing self-leveling mix for floors.
ÐÑÑ-35, cement floor mix, Ì 250, Ïê4, STB [National Standards System of the Republic of Belarus] 1307-2002. |
The properties of the ready-to-use mix:
“NIVELANT” has high initial strength, flowability, advanced adhesive properties and exceptionally high abrasion resistance. It is the best solution for the areas exposed to high compressive loads. It is recommended for leveling surfaces with thickness from 2 to 10 mm. |
Preparation method:
The self-leveling mix is gradually added to pure water and mixed thoroughly with a low-speed drill until obtaining lump free consistency. Stir the mix again in approximately 15 minutes. Now it is ready for use. The prepared mix shall be used within 15 minutes.
Method of application:
Pour out the self-leveling mix onto the foundation manually and, if needed, spread it with a smooth metal float. Use a special spiked roller for rolling the fresh mix in order to increase the flowability of the mix, remove air cells and obtain lump free mortar. Prevent the applied mix from the direct sunlight, drought, high temperatures and low humidity. The floor surface can be partially used in 12 hours but full load is allowed only in 72 hours. The average consumption rate of the mix is 1.8 kg per 1m2. The temperature of preparation and application shall be +5 °Ñ…+25 °Ñ.
Technical Specifications:
| Water consumption: |
4.5 – 5.0 liter of water per 20kg of the mix |
| Application temperature : |
