When installing “TERMOSHUBA” system walls and their surfaces shall be prepared for insulation. You shall also provide the compliance of work technique with normative documents.
Stage 1: Heat insulation
 Applying of adhesive mixture
 Warmth-keeping jacket gluing |
Adhesive mixture selection
Sarmalep T-KC, Sarmalep Ï-ÊÑ are used at temperatures higher than +5 °Ñ |
Sarmalep Ì-ÊÑ is used at temperatures -12°Ñ …+10°Ñ
Consumption rate of Sarmalep adhesive mixture per 1m2:
For TERMOSHUBA system with mineral wool .....................12 kg
For TERMOSHUBA system with SARMATERM polystyrene foam 10 kg
Instruments:
Stainless steel spatula with smooth and toothed edges |
Wire brushes for walls peeling |
Construction levels |
Heat-insulating layer shall be applied on a clean surface without any detached plaster, tile, color, grease stains, snow, aufeis, etc. The external layers of surface material shall not have any destructions. |
“Sarmalep” is a multipurpose adhesive mix. It is used for gluing warmth-keeping jacket made of both mineral wool and “Sarmaterm” polystyrene foam. |
Stage 2: Reinforcement
 Dowel application
 Reinforcement |
Dowels consumption rate L-120 per 1m2 :
For TERMOSHUBA system with mineral wool ......................8 pcs |
For TERMOSHUBA system with SARMATERM polystyrene foam...6 pcs |
Consumption rate of glass fibre net ÑÑØ-160 per 1m2:
For TERMOSHUBA system with mineral wool .................. 1,6 m 2
For TERMOSHUBA system with SARMATERM polystyrene foam 1,6 m 2
Instruments:
Knives or scissors for net cutting |
The reinforcement works shall not be done in the rain or strong wind. We recommend protecting surfaces from direct sunlight when gluing a reinforcing net and applying a decorative and protective layer. |
The type, length and location of protective components are given in project documentation depending on the thickness of a warmth-keeping jacket and construction and condition of a wall. |
Stage 3: Finishing
 Plastering
 Painting |
Façade paint consumption rate per 1m 2:
For TERMOSHUBA system with mineral wool ....................0,6 kg |
For TERMOSHUBA system with SARMATERM polystyrene foam 0,6 kg |
Instruments :
Stippling roller |
Plastering sets |
We do not recommend paints of saturated colors for painting “TERMOSHUBA” heat-insulating system in order to prevent high-temperature stresses on a surface of a decorative and protective layer. |
In order to get color surfaces of guaranteed quality it is necessary to cover the surface with facade paint after applying “Sarmalit” protective and finishing composition. |
