Implementation of the city program for mansard construction began in spring of 1997 when the decision was made to reconstruct the house located at 113, Nezavisimosti Ave.
In 2002 “SarmatStroyInvest” construction company (subsidiary of “Sarmat” holding company) began providing its customers with development services. It is one of the main developers in the area of mansard construction in Minsk.
