Facade paint used in “Termoshuba” system

“Sarmat” Construction Holding Company launched the manufacture of “TERMOCOLOR” facade paint. This paint is manufactured especially for “TERMOSHUBA” system for facade heat insulation. The brand new paint has advanced adhesive properties; it is weather resistant and elastic (even at negative temperatures). It is perfectly compatible with the adhesives and plasters of the system.

“TERMOCOLOR” facade paint is used for coloring of plaster compositions and mineral substrates such as brick and concrete. It is especially developed for “TERMOSHUBA” insulating system and is recommended for buildings in the process of reconstruction.

We recommend applying facade paint after applying SARMALIT protective and decorative composition to obtain colored facade surfaces of guaranteed quality.

WD-APS “TERMOCOLOR” - water-dispersion acryl facade paint modified with silicone

	Two layers of facade paint are applied onto the prepared surface manually or mechanically
	Water (up to 10%) may be added when performing the first layer, in order to decrease absorbability and obtain homogeneous color, when applying the paint onto the porous surface
	The application temperature is +5°C …+30°C. Humidity - 80%.
	The time of each layer drying is 4-6 hours.
	The surfaces shall be protected from the direct sunlight, wind, rain and other adverse conditions while painting and 24 hours after.
	Consumption rate is 0.6 kg per 1m² of insulated surface.

In order to obtain high-quality coating “TERMOCOLOR” paint shall be applied onto the prepared surface. The surface shall be firm and stable; dirt, dust, old paint, oil and other residues which may prevent adhesion should be cleaned out. We recommend treating the surface with “GRUNTEKS” primer if you apply paint to old surfaces. In “TERMOSCHUBA” system the paint is applied onto the protective and decorative layer made of SARMALIT compositions.
